Shipping & Handling, Order Cancellations and Merchandise Return Policies
Shipping Time: Most orders will ship within 72 hours of order being placed and payment being received. If items are out of stock when order is placed we will backorder the item(s) and ship them to you at a later date, usually in about 2 weeks. Customers should expect a 7-21 day delivery time on most orders.
Shipping Methods: Merchandise will be shipped using your choice of method.
Merchandise Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel on order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing and paying for your order. Please email us at srtnt@rtci.net or call us at (208)366-2533 to request cancellation of your order.
Damaged Shipments: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. But please contact us by email or phone if we can be of any assistance.
Manufacturers Defects: If a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, contact us by email at srtnt@rtci.net or call us at (208)366-2533 for instructions. Do not return products to us without first receiving instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Return Merchandise Policy: Permission for any returned merchandise must be secured from us by emailing us at srtnt@rtci.net or by calling us at (208)366-2533. Please feel free to contact us by email or phone with any questions or concerns you may have. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee, at our discretion. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be authorized after 14 days from receipt of shipment.
Once a return is authorized you should:
1) Return the item to the address we give you.
2) Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
3) Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach us.
We will notify you via email or phone of your refund once we have received and processed the returned merchandise. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses from defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item.
